I watched the first minute of it and then stopped, whoever made it has no clue of the laws of rugby, seemingly he thinks that if SOB shouts at the ref it must be a pen :silly:

If someone tracked say Sextons game on sat and pointed out all of his errors and tried to slate him online it wouldnt be accepted, nor should this !

Im getting a bit fed up of the abuse that refs take from the sidelines, usually as in the case of this video from people who havent a scooby doo about the laws but feel that roaring and shouting at the ref is the way to go.

If someone in the stands started picking on a player and shouting abuse at him all through the game would it be tolerated ? I think not.

Courage is knowing what lies on the other side and still opening the door.

The video above is making the rounds calling Wayne Barnes a cheat in the Ireland vs Wales game. Regardless of what you think of him this will have some affect as to how he is perceived by a large part of the Rugby population that wants a reason to hate the guy and an excuse as to why we lost to Wales.

I've seen it doing the rounds alright. I'm not too sure the person who made it is completely au fait with the rules, and to call him a cheat is completely OTT. Barnes did appear to come out of the gates with one strong interpretation of the rules wrt not rolling away, which seemed to disappear in the second half, and a couple of the scrum calls left me baffled, but overall we probably didn't deserve to win the game, and whinging about referees is generally perceived as being a sore loser.

As a Connacht fan, I find myself looking out for Robbie at all times these days when Ireland are playing. I agree completely with Sol and Seapoint. We (as Connacht fans) all know that Robbie has so much skill and attacking flair when he gets the chance, and I don't think many Ireland fans appreciate that just yet. They will though, I'm in no doubt about that. He does need to improve his tacking though - sometimes I think he's so eager to make a big hit, that he comes up too fast and allows the attacking player to step him. Looking forward to him facing Roberts.

Did any one see Paul O'Connells young lad after the game? He's nearly 5 and looked to be an absolute monster!

Big numbers in the tackle count for Robbie alright and double the nearest person in defenders beaten, but missed tackles would be a "Schmidt Work-On" with Jamie Roberts yet to come...

The only thing he might have been referring to was I heard a Henshaw interview about the day. He said it was strange training against Connacht, and that the lads were giving him a bit of extra niggle. But laughing about it.
