Absolutely delighted for all the lads, but can't help feeling disappointed that Dennis isn't getting a sniff.
Really can't be that far away from International standard this season....

Agreed. That said Joe usually picks a few extra players for the Wolfhounds game so I could see Dennis going up for that. Kilcoyne should count himself lucky to get into the squad with Cronin pushing him for his provincial place and Buckley and Warwick having stellar seasons. The flip-side of course is Rodney hasn't played much this season and still got picked up. Joe obviously has his reasons.

P.S. Congrats to all. Five in the senior squad is a massive achievement.

Don't forget there are still 2 games to play before November, and I think Kearney and Buckley are 1st on the complementary list, if one little injury happens in LH or lock...

Very surprised by Leader, was MOTM twice this season, but still I did'nt see this coming  :)
Hope he will be released for Ospreys though, as well as the others...

Brilliant especially for Darragh it's come a bit earlier than I expected but well deserved. Well done to all the backroom, and for that matter the front line coaches at Connacht. This is a real thumbs up for the forward momentum that Connacht are now enjoying.

Delighted for Darragh in particular, but congrats to all the lads. Next step is to get some guys involved in match day squads and starting lineups.

Five players in the squad for the November Games. Rodney Robbie and Kieran, and first time call ups for Darragh Leader and Nathan White. Congrats and good luck to all.

Martin Moore apparently out for 12 weeks with concussion/shoulder injury. Adding to that Tadgh Furlong out with concussion and Declan Fitzpatrick getting injured everytime a gust of wind hits him and Nathan White could be making his senior debut sooner than we all thought for Ireland.

If Healy is out for the November tests (hamstring), Buckley should make his way to the Irish Squad.

Agreed especially with McGrath looking dodgy as well. That means he's up against Black, Bent, Cronin and Kilcoyne. I think he has a dam good chance of at least making the bench on one of these games.

EDIT: O'Connor said that the bang to McGrath's calf was "very, very minor" and that he should be "back in the mix next week" for the match in the Aviva stadium against Munster. Ok so McGrath should start for us but Buckley I'm hoping will be involved at some stage.

A bit like our lifestyle sports logo............... just to big. Want to support the sales of jerseys but do not want to be a walking advertisment board.

Would it really make that much difference to the companies to have the logos a bit smaller, to make the jersey and the badge look more important than the sponsor?

Also in attendence were Ross, Bowe, Murray and Henry (maybe some others were indoors when I walked by). I don't know if anything can be read into this but aside from being in Carton house, it's great that the pair are now on the more visible side of things.

Robbo,

Get to see the new jersey??

I did but I honestly didn't pay much attention as I was on the phone at the time. The one thing that stood out was the hideous Three logo.
