We had one. Bulldozed them backwards but they just about retained it. Not sure we can give Rodney all the credit but we'll try :)

The reverse, Ah You just played 9 min and was quite passive, whereas Marmion played 20 minutes, very dynamic, nearly scored a try

PS : Murray could well be out next week, so possibly a start for Kieran!! B)

Team vs Argentina

reland team: Felix Jones; Andrew Trimble, Darren Cave, Luke Marshall, Simon Zebo; Johnny Sexton, Conor Murray; Jack McGrath, Rory Best, Mike Ross; Iain Henderson, Paul O’Connell; Robbie Diack, Chris Henry, Jordi Murphy.

Replacements: Damien Varley, Dave Kilcoyne, Rodney Ah You, Devin Toner, Jamie Heaslip, Kieran Marmion, Ian Madigan, Fergus McFadden.

Delighted for Diack well deserved. Really hope Ah You and Marmion get a chance to shine. Happy to that we have an all centre Ulster partnership should make it easier as the two lads know each other.

Looking forward to the game, but even without Argentina's reserves there are some concerns. Not sure about Henderson behind Ross. The backrow is underpowered. Jones does not impress me although he has his moments he doesn't seem consistent.

McCarthy out of the emerging Ireland squad with injury. Donnacha Ryan now captain. Barry Holland, Ricky Lutton and Stuart McCloskey added to it. Will intrigued to see how McCloskey does I've being impressed when ever I've seen him play.

He's looked good and seems to found his position as a 12 rather than a ten and with the lack of centres in Ireland it's probably a good idea to bring him so he gets used to the systems but I just think Hanrahan is ahead of him in the curve at the moment.

Noel Reid?? Ah here, I wasn't one for the whole Joe has a leinster bias until now but that's a crazy pick.

Have to agree. Surely J.J. Hanrahan would be in front of him? Reid isn't a bad player but he strikes me as an unfinished article. That said Joe has a good eye for talent but think he's got it wrong here. Obviously hope I'm wrong.

Not just down to pecking order, but injury/availability too of course..
From my sources in the know, Reid has been Leinster's most improved back this season...
