If I were to offer advice on moderation I would first use my powers to ban all the other moderators and set up a dictatorship. I would then refuse to acknowledge any other opinion but my own. Just something to ponder

I think it says a lot about where we are financially. Parata would've been a good man to keep on but if we're getting rid of him and at least one more major name plagued by injury we really are in the red.
