I'm guessing it's not his choice to be there, and considering they're refused him permission to leave early already, I'd say he'll be kept in SA until the last day his contract says.

Maybe I'm reading it wrong but seems to be 2 more rounds I believe, although some teams have a "Bye" though so only 1 round for some

Was listening to the Craggy Rugby podcast and there was some speculation as to what Connacht were doing in training to have so many injuries. Had a look at the (current) injury list and that just doesn't seem to stack up at all.

We have 17 men down, of which either 2 or 3 are training ground injuries. Browne played in the Pro 12 final & Roux was not injured after SA trip, but have not played since, so their injuries are definitely suffered in training. Pretty much everyone else was injured on the field (see below). Anyone know if Rowland was injured recently in training, or has he been carrying an ankle injury since he played in Montpellier? Also, am I correct in thinking SOBv2.0 came back from St. Affrique in a moon boot?

He is very welcome of course and I really hope he proves to be a shrewd singing but feel for some of the academy guys if he turns out to be average at best. I see Rowland is out until November too. Perhaps this guy can play centre with Aki???!

Given our problems elsewhere, I hope for a final signing in the pack. Who knows eh, we didn't even expect this one!!!!

You are right nothing has been mentioned about it being finished. I can imagine Pat is trawling the world for a 2nd row or backrow/8 with an Irish granny.

Factoring in that Tiernan will likely be involved with Ireland and Danie being injured regularly it may be a decent signing.
