its nearly word for word to the comment borders wrote apart from he's now younger then he should and instead of newcastle borders has leinster.
my guess is either borders is messing, or someone has messed with him and he fell for it.
if you compare mine, (from irfu 2004) and borders, you can notice the things that are changed.

South African lock Pieter Myburgh has joined Connacht from Italian side G.R.A.N. Parma. The 6'8 second row was born in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa and has played for the Falcons, Natal Sharks and Blue Bulls before heading for Italy.
Myburgh is 26 and has played for South Africa at under 19, 21 and 23 level. He arrived in Galway yesterday evening after travelling from Johannesburg and after passing a medical examination signed for the province today.
He is the sixth new player to join up with the Connacht squad for pre season training along with James Downey, Niall O'Brien, David Kelly, David Slemen and David Tierney. It is hoped he will fill the void at second row after Damien Browne and Mike McCarthy left for Northampton and Newcastle respectively at the end of last season.
Connachtrugby.ie will have an exclusive interview with the new signing available on the site tomorrow.

Connacht have moved to fill the vacancy left by the departure of Irish international Mike McCarthy to Leinster by signing South African lock Pieter Myburgh. The 6'8 second row was born in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa and has played for the Falcons, Natal Sharks and Blue Bulls.
Myburgh is 32 and played for South Africa at under 19, 21 and 23 level. He arrived in Galway yesterday evening after travelling from Johannesburg and after passing a medical examination signed for the province today.
It is hoped he will fill the void at second row after Mike McCarthy left for Leinster.

Interesting Matt Williams piece in IT;

...not sure if I agree with his views on Sportsground, maybe he hasn't been here recently, but I agree with his point on needing some consistent wins (especially away) from current crop of players if we want a better deal from the IRFU and to hold/attract better players.

He's a full English international. Won't be happening.
So was Robbie Morris.
As for Caldwell he's done brilliantly for Bath seems to have settled in and done well. I know him and McLaughlin really didn't like each other but with Anscombe that might have changed and he could back in Ulster colours soon enough. Either way he'll have plenty of suitors.

It was close to happening. In fact very close.

He was in negotiations with us to return, but Schmidt was very shrewd in giving him the nod away to Clermont last week and maybe that has swayed him
