To be fair they were extremely close to signing Heenan, but yeah there's nothing to those rumours.

So Zebo is leaving Munster and O'Halloran is out of contract at the end of the year, hope to God we get him signed up ASAP.

Good to see Pat O'Toole, Claffey and irish u20 captain Boyle getting game time,
Niall Murray and Cian Huxford and Callum Torpey on bench who were irish u18s back in april... that means they're more than likely born in 98/99!!
Good to see the coaches giving the youth/future, game time against what will be a decent Ealing team.

Both Eagles and main teams this week-end are really interesting for the centre positions, 12 and 13

Keane goes the perfect way imo, Which is the following picking order/balence

1) Farrell/Aki
2) Griffin/Akhi
3) Ronaldson/Ili
4) Robb/Breenan

Griffin is not a space eater but decent in contact,,Keane seems to like him better than Ronaldson, it's the right choice to move him as backup 12 and TBH it's a relief as Craig is in reality our 3rd choice outhalf for weeks, until Crosbie gets fit...
Akhi/Ili would be wasted on the wing, we have enough quality wingers. They are perfect light outside centres (when Aki is on Irish duties)

I'd nearly accept an 80% tackle rate if those were the hits he puts in when successful. Of course they're highlight reels so we're only going to see the best of him, but excited to have him signed.
