It was a pity we had to race out of there to be honest but the bus was going to leave!

The OLSC were delighted to meet with members of the newly formed Official Connacht Supporters Club - The Connacht Clan - after the Leinster v Connacht match on Saturday night...

The main function of the Connacht Clan will be to unite all Connacht supporters behind one banner and provide information to supporters on home and away fixtures involving the men in green.

They will be tasked with arranging transport to away games both within Ireland and around Europe. Throughout the year they will also be organising various social events and fans forums around the province of Connacht.

OLSC President Jarrod Bromley commented: "The founding and expansion of the Official Leinster Supporters Club was a key factor in galvanising Leinster supporters in the lead up to our Heineken Cup successes of 2009 and 2011.

"We would like to wish the Connacht Clan the very best of luck in their efforts for Connacht's debut season in Europe's premier club competition."
