Very Happy with away matches and also the timing. Wouldn't have minded seeing the La Rochelle Christmas market, but Exeter will do 😉

In terms of travel, we probably got the ideal fixture list. Avoided the three away trips in a row in October. And the away games are in the best two destinations.
Results wise, it's an interesting one. We probably have the two tougher opponents at home, which is good news if you have ambitions to top the pool! But if you want to get the two wins needed to get through to another away trip in April, we might have had a better chance if it was the other way around.

Connacht's preview is a bit confusing, though mine is not much better:
rugby.connacht.pink/
Draws are no fun these days.
I think my ideal fixture list if they let me rig the draw is:
Bordeaux and Clermont away, Bristol and Gloucester at home. And Bulls to take a few points off them.
No trips to England where we have no luck. Two winnable home games and a chance to sneak one in the Marcel Michelin.
That said I wouldn't mind a jaunt to Bath or Bristol, or even a return to Exeter.
I'd like to avoid going to Montpellier (too soon), Toulouse (too many times), Gloucester and Sale (same reason) and Saracens (need I even say).
The La Defence Arena would be nice to visit and I wouldn't mind getting Northampton too much as it means we avoid the two big French sides.
I predict there'll be some good news but something to moan about!

Draw is on tomorrow Wednesday 1st. Wouldn't mind Rochelle for the ROG factor and similarly for Bristol and Lam/Muldoon etc.
We were in Toulouse the last time Connacht were there and really enjoyed it, so wouldn't mind that trip again either. That and the odd win are all that's on my wish list!

Right, now that we have qualified for next seasons EPCR Champions Cup where would like to see us go to?
My Choices are
1. Clermont Auvergne - Connacht never there
2. La Rochelle - Beautiful City and Connacht last there 2014/2015
3. Pau
4. Bordeaux
5. Toulouse!!!
Need a break from Montpellier, And Paris is OK, but you do not get the full French Rugby Experience
