Brian Murphy, TJ Anderson and Willie Faloon attended the Connacht Clan Player Forum in the Clan Bar
Following Connacht's loss to Cardiff on Saturday, The Connacht Clan held a Player Forum in the Clan Bar. TJ Anderson and new boys Brian Murphy and Willie Faloon were the players who generously gave up their free time to come and take questions from the fans.
Among other things, Brian spoke about what it felt like for him as a Connacht man to play for his province and the differene in training from AIL. TJ talked about the squads ambition for the year and how the British and Irish Cup games will give the squad players a chance to prove themselves ready for first team action. Willie spoke about how he was settling into the Connacht squad and life in Galway. All three men mentioned how important their rugby playing fathers were in getting them involved in the sport.
The Connacht Clan plans to have more Player Forums during the season, all of which will take place in the Clan Bar, which is currently being extended and renovated. Stay tuned to the news section of the site for more details!
