Our optimism starts with the leaders setting the standard. Bundee Aki remains the heartbeat of our midfield, delivering the raw physicality and big-game steel that defines Connacht rugby. Outside him, Mack Hansen brings the spark—that unpredictable flair capable of opening up any defense in Europe. Crucially, in Cian Prendergast, we have a leader whose relentless engine and work rate in the back row set the tone every single week. Together, they give us a world-class spine.

- The Italian Job: A trek to Italy to face Benetton in the URC is always a highlight on the calendar. Sun, food, and loud supporters bringing the green wall to Italian soil make this one of the most anticipated fixtures for traveling fans.
- January in La Rochelle: The big one every member of The Clan has circled in gold ink. In January, we head to Stade Marcel-Deflandre to take on the mighty La Rochelle in the Champions Cup. Taking on a European titan in one of rugby's most passionate stadiums is what Champions Cup nights are made of, and The Clan cannot wait to travel in force to France.
- Interpro Derbies: Domestically, short trips to Thomond Park and Ravenhill remain the pinnacle of local rivalry.
