Play Away, Stay Away: Offering Free Accommodation to Connacht Fans

Play Away, Stay Away is the fan-to-fan host network connecting travelling supporters with a supporter host in their destination location and on a quest to kick accommodation costs into touch.

After only launching recently, we've had some great growth so far and a lot of fans onboard with our concept and vision. Although the platform was launched for football fans, we are currently expanding the network and there is absolutely no charge at all, we're just helping to bring supporters together, create unique shared experiences and allow more fans to go to more games, more often.

The network relies on a reciprocal exchange basis so the most obvious matches to launch with are those with an obvious opportunity to reciprocate and where the travelling fans will likely stay over and need accommodation. We have therefore chosen the following two games and are looking for Connacht fans to volunteer to host or visit (preferably both) Gloucester supporters for the following fixtures:

• Gloucester vs Connacht - Sunday 8th December - 13:00
• Connacht vs Gloucester - Saturday 14th December - 12:45
