Introducing Play Away, Stay Away: The Rugby Fan-to-Fan Host Network

Calling on the Connacht Clan - Help Put Galway on the Play Away, Stay Away Map.

I recently set up Play Away, Stay Away : the fan-to-fan host network connecting like-minded travelling supporters with a host supporter in their destination and on a quest to kick accommodation costs into touch and turn fans into friends.

I've only launched recently but have already signed up supporters from Gloucester, Dublin, Bath, Exeter, London, Manchester and more. I'm now trying to find our first friendly Connacht fans to extend our network of members. That's where you come in and I know there must be plenty of you out there.

There is absolutely no charge at all, we're just helping to bring supporters together, create unique shared experiences and allow more fans to go to more games, more often. Although the network relies on a reciprocal exchange basis between fans of other teams, there is no obligation to be able to host and you can join the squad solely as a travelling fan: here.

I know it's probably a bit late and optimistic of me but I even have a limited number of hosts available in Gloucester so if you were or are planning on heading over for the match at the Kingsholm in December and still don't have accommodation sorted, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
