After seeing Bundee's tackling over the past few weeks, I feel we should have a topic on top tackles.
To start it off, what about this by David Meade for PNG v Fiji? Skip to 1min 20sec.

There are a few Aki ones that can be added, but so far the Ultan one against Glasgow is amazing. He pushed the guy back some metres and then got back fast to the line of defence. I have looked at that several times already. A Stephen Ferris in the making.

Agreed. Ultan really got the crowd going with that tackle.

That certainly wud not be my favourite tackle. Yes it was a try saving tackle but he knew as he made it he was going to come out the wrong end of it. So kudos for putting his body on the line but I enjoyed nothing about it. He will never make Ireland if he can't learn how to tackle properly. Nackarawa walked through him last weekend, the handoff in Treviso (even if it was proven the Treviso player was put in touch) was poor. Yes he is a great fullback but he will never make the step up if he can't learn to take the opposition player at waist level.

Really like him as a player but his tackling technique is all over the place. He could learn a thing or two from AJ MacGinty who made a few technically excellent low tackles against Glasgow, and is smaller than O'Halloran.

McGinty is 6"0 and 14 stone 4. Not the smallest 10 we have.

Big fan of rugby league. This would not be allowed anymore but it's great.
