Good response this half. Sale have dropped off, but poor accuracy from us.

Really think we could have won that if we'd had a full deck out, but not good enough from those who were there, ref really lost control of things there at the end, injuries to Jack and Finlay very worrying.

Jack may not be that bad, could be a stinger. Happened in first half.
Sale are ok, but rely so much on Faf de Klerk. What a player! His kicking is awesome, by far best SH in world right now.

Sick of losing to English teams in England.
Can’t f’en speak with the upset !!
( think I drank too much of the Coolade during the week !!! )
Thought we could surmount these guys.

Well, what could’ve been. If jack had managed to get that first break over the line. Mind you, sale totally switched off in the second half.
Thoughts with Finlay, looked like a bad knock.
Sale better side on the night in fairness. Enjoy, the travelling clan.
Back to pro14 next week.

Very frustrating 2nd half, shud have won it, sale were woeful last 15 minutes, some silly decisions like blade's tap n go when we cud have kicked 3 points or kick to corner & Godwin kicking out of play instead of making touch, don't understand why we didn't have our strongest team out - sale had their strongest 15 out. Thought leader and Boyle played well, adeolukun gone backwards

A man that’s played one game since November ..... gone backwards? You have obviously never played sport at a competitive level.
Biggest worry is Finlay doesn’t look good and DMVC or Carey are competent but not at his level .
We need Farrels creativity big time and Blade has to be putting serious pressure on Marmion
. No excuses no re focus ... need to go to Italy next week and make a statement. Easier said than done.

Watched game with a nurse, saw Finlay puking with the hand on ice, said 'fracture'. Hope not; wish it ended 5 minutes sooner.

Sale did not have their strongest 15 out and we were so bad in the first half that I would not agree we should have won

It was his first game for Connacht in almost 5 months, very very unfair comment.
Bealham was in agony, looked a very serious injury.

Anyone around Manchester.
Any good suggestions to watch the Munster and Leinster/Ulster matches?
A lot of soccer on today.

Tough night. Gutted to come off in the manner I did but I’m blown away by all the support I received from everyone. Thank you. Thankfully it isn’t as bad as first thought, no broken bones or torn ligaments. Now it’s a waiting game for the hand to heal. Can’t wait to get back out on the pitch with the lads to finish off the season in style. #strongeringreen
