Disappointed to see him go, but I imagine he wants more game time.
Wish him all the best with Worcester

Pity to see him go, good player for us who also seemed to have a good impact on team morale, got the impression that he was very popular.
Ulster would want to take a good look at themselves here: if they don't have someone very good coming in they should have hovered him up, better than anyone they've got currently and one of their academy products

I really rate Conor - good hands, and always seemed to strengthen our scrum. Worcester have bags of cash, so I'm sure he got a nice deal. Fair play to him.

Don't think he's huge loss, didn't start many games, he never challenged bealham, OK in scrum but didn't do enough around the pitch, I wish him all the best

There’s also the security that comes with a two year deal. Given Carey and Kelleher signed what were evidently one year deals last year I’d imagine a significant amount of the guys who signed deals in 2018 are out of contract at the end of the season.

The 42 is reporting that Denis Buckley is close to signing an extension. Hopefully we’ll get confirmation from Connacht soon and that particular rumour can be forgotten about.

Great news, I’d say Buckley is looking to see what life is like in Farrell’s Irish camp.
Delahunt next on the list please. And a replacement for kelleher and Carey too.

If Buckley signs that's all 11 full internationals, plus the 3 uncapped guys in the 6N squad, plus the 2 guys namechecked as unlucky to miss out, all signed for next year or beyond.

I must be missing one on the squad page. I make 10 full internationals. 12 marked as Ireland which includes the departed Rory Scholes, plus Griffin and Eoin McKeon who are out of contract and I think only made Wolfhounds. That makes 9 plus Godwin. Who's the other?
Also if you spot any other errors on that page, shout.
Edit: Got it. Dave Hef. Amended.

Niyi and Heff signed two year deals (according to Friend) so both here until 2021. Pretty sure all the players with 2019? against their name are out of contract at the end of the season. Also think Scholes and Griffin aren't officially Irish declared as they'd have had to play for the Wolfhounds against the first or second team of another nation (e.g. vs. England Saxons like Eoin McKeon). They played on a Development team but not for the Wolfhounds.

Cheers. I was sure Griff had played in a proper Wolfhounds game but you're right. I'd say Rory was a typo. Updated Niyi and Hef.
I think when no contract length was specified, I went for two years for new signings and one for extensions (based on general opinion on here) but stuck in the ? just to indicate it was a vaguely educated guess. I suppose for a first team player it's probably a better guess to assume two years for an extension.

I’d imagine Fainga’a got a two year deal but other than that I’d say you’re bang on. Was it announced that Caolin Blade signed a two year deal last season?

Marmion's father is from Loughrea, so yes he's definitely Irish & a Connacht man. Not sure about the mam's side.
