As usual it's a Friday night in Ravenhill and this time round it falls the weekend before the first European trip so that might put a good few off.
Hopefully I'll make it up there with some combination of buses via Dublin Airport.

There is a big country music festival called the farmers bash on SEE arena in belfast that night as well which will drive up accommodation prices in belfast for the night

Any consensus among the Clan on whether to go for East or West Terrace? Have been looking forward to this for a while now, Ravenhill is always a great trip even if the result never goes our way. Fingers crossed we break this duck this year

Me too. Always struggled to get numbers anytime we tried to run one though. I'll probably stay the night but I'd happily pay the full fare just for the one-way if it was leaving Galway at a handy time (2pm or so).

I've only ever made one trip to Ravenhill, but must say, it was one of the most enjoyable atmosphere's I've experienced, and that was after getting beat 30-0 (I think)
The Ulster fans are a great bunch of lads.
Wont make it this year unfortunately, but it's definitely on my to do list again. I'd highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it

@ConnachtCows - Always looking for new followers :)

We were in West Terrace last year,

Should we decide to go there again, and book before they're sold out?

in other news, I'll be doing a day trip, returning south after the game, if anyone wants a lift, won't be returning to Galway, stopping in midlands.
and unlike last year, I'm hoping my car won't refuse to start on the Ormeau road at 10.30 pm!

Number one reason that car was replaced!

Geneva trip the week after doesn't help, and Friday evening just kills the idea for lots, losing a days holidays, in October.
