Considering a repeat of last year's debacle against Zebre at home would have a calamitous effect on our season, I expect AFriend to name a strong side along these lines (I'm assuming Robin Copeland is fit).
15 Kelleher.
14. Niyi.
13. Godwin.
12. Farrell.
11. Matt H.
10. Carty.
9. Marmion.
1. Buckley.
2. Heffernan.
3. Bealham.
4. Thornberry.
5. Dillane.
6. Boyle.
7. Butler.
8. Copeland.
with O'Donnell, Carey, Delahunt, Roux, Fainga a, Blade, Horvitz, and TOH on the bench.

I don't think Copeland will be ready for this weekend. Horowitz is also injured

(15-9) Tiernan O’Halloran, Cian Kelleher, Eoin Griffin, Kyle Godwin, Matt Healy, Jack Carty, Caolin Blade, (1- Denis Buckley, Dave Heffernan, Finlay Bealham, Gavin Thornbury, Quinn Roux, Sean O’Brien, Jarrad Butler, Paul Boyle.
Replacements (16-23): Shane Delahunt, Conán O’Donnell, Dominic Robertson-McCoy, James Cannon, Colby Fainga’a, Kieran Marmion, Craig Ronaldson, Niyi Adeolokun.
Delighted to see O'Brien starting and O'Donnell on the bench. Will be interesting to see how mucjh time Colby will get form the bench. No issues with Godwin at 12 but it is a much weaker centre partnership then last week.

Inexplicably nervous about this match.
Oh no, wait. we didn't take any points from them last year.
Explicably nervous about this match.
Strong team out, should be a good battle. The lads seem up for it, and I'd imagine a good start will make all the difference.

Lost the last three against them so, with good reason....
We need the win, so stuff the margin. Any scruffy sort of win will do, to get the ball rolling....

Good to see Boyle back in, thought he was excellent last week.
Defence is a worry, last year we didn't seem to be able to tackle, last week I thought our tackling was generally really good then some bad systems failures let us down.

McCabe is injured. Been waiting to see O'Donnell in action for a long time.

Agreed. Looking like proper Sportsground weather so just get the job done. Last year we tried to play without matching their fight particularly at the breakdown and ended up looking foolish home and away. Their 7 was motm in Galway, but seems to be still injured after going off for Italy in Dublin last February. I think we have the stronger back row today but everybody needs to be prepared to get stuck in if this is going to be the first win of the season. Need to keep the scoreboard ticking over unlike the second half last week.

There's hardly anybody heading back to the letterfrack area after the game or even clifden that might have two spare seats, thought the game was at 3pm and the last bus back is at 6 to Lettterfrack
