Strong squads named by both teams, last season it was a game against Ulster that got us back to winning ways, albeit in Galway let's hope we can shock them up there this year, and hopefully play a stronger game defensively

Just a word of warning that the game clashes with Ireland v Moldova so your local might not be showing it. Murty Rabbitt's will of course have it.

I'm struggling with this game. Caolin wouldn't rate in second division AIL. Would really like to see Kerins step up now as Caolin is pointless. He can go forward but he can't tackle. Honestly I would let Caolin go now before he really muddies the water with his performances. And I am not happy to see Muldoon back either. He offers nothing to the backrow.
MOD EDIT: No swearing, please.

If you treat all his posts like extreme satire it's grand.
Muldoon offers nothing
Blade wouldn't make it in AIL 2A

Don't agree with him but it's a shame Kerins, a standout at u20 level, hasn't even played AIL 1B yet.

Ulster back 3 look scary.
Fingers crossed they do not see that much of the ball.
I think of our pack get into their faces.
And our midfield plays as unit in offence and more importantly defence.
I would take 1 point from this fixture at this moment.
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

Silly discipline things letting us down so far this half.
Bundee and Cooney seem to be sparking off one another a good bit.
Cracking game, so far. Our forwards are really imposing themselves.

Have to say we're looking good in defence compared to what we've seen, but also this ref is a joke, some ridiculous calls both for and against us, no bias by him but he's hopeless at making decisions correctly

We really threw away a losing bonus point there should have taken the drop goal, and Blades lack of speed really killed us he seems to be very low on confidence, decent performance in general but nowhere near clinical enough, we really need to combine the defence of tonight with the attack of last week and we might have some chance of finally get things back on track
